On the day: Our team will arrive at the designated time armed with an extensive checklist and the necessary equipment to complete the job.

Adjust checklist: When booking online without an in-person call to quote beforehand, we will check the job and update the booking form if we believe it is insufficient to complete it.

Seek payment for any extras: We will secure payment online for any adjustments and begin the cleaning after authorising any changes to the booking summary with you.

We'll be ready to work: We will execute our proven process, starting from the ceiling and ending with the floors.

Your approval: After the competition, we will ask you to examine the property and provide feedback.

Report to landlord/pm: Once satisfied, you may notify your landlord/property manager that the job is complete.

Our goal with this bond cleaning service is to ensure that the property meets the standards outlined in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008 so that the tenant's bond can be released in full. Furthermore, we have adopted the REIQ Approved Cleaning Checklist as a standard for our bond cleans.

Your responsibilities: It's important to understand that the full exit cleaning process may involve various other tasks and that all components are addressed.

Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear may sometimes prevent us from fully restoring our appearance. We will document the condition of items with before-and-after photos to demonstrate that we have completed the best possible outcome within the limits of this service.

All areas, in general
Fans, air conditioners, and filters (heights and accessibility requires specialist option).
Light fittings (heights and accessibility requires specialist option).
Both sides of windows (heights and accessibility requires specialist option).
Spot cleaning of walls, light switches, and power points.
Skirting, architraves, and doors.
Vacuuming and cleaning of sliding door tracks.
Spot cleaning and dusting of standard blinds, cords, and rails.
Vacuuming of all floors and carpets- Mopping of hard floors.
Inside-out cleaning of drawers, cupboards, doors, cupboard tops, wardrobes, and shelving.
Removal of cobwebs, insect marks, and small nests.










Kitchen
Inside and outside, the top of all cupboards, doors, and drawers.
Inside, outside, and around the stove top, elements, rings, and knobs.
Inside and outside of the oven, griller, doors, trays, racks, glass, and knobs.
Inside, outside, and behind the refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave (if applicable).
Clean and dry the sink, drain holes, drainers, and polish the tapware.
Remove and clean the filter of the range hood exhaust.
Clean and polish the splashback area.







Bathrooms

Toilet, including behind the 'S' bend, around the cistern, and under and around the toilet seat.
Bath and shower recess, remove built-up soap residue on tiles, shower screens, clean the soap holder.

Laundry​
Inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers.
Inside, outside, and behind the dryer. Remove lint if applicable.
Inside, outside, and around the laundry tub, cabinets, shelves, drawers, and tapware.
Space behind the washing machine. Clean equipment and filters if applicable.
All walls, windows, window tracks, and floors.





Patio​
Sweep and mop floors, remove cob webs.

Garage​
Sweep floors and remove cob webs.


If furnished - Will need additional service to be added to the booking summary.
Dust and wipe furniture surfaces.
Kitchen cupboards will be cleaned only if all items are removed and placed in front of the cupboard. We take no responsibility for any damage or breakages of cupboard items.

Note regarding blinds: Standard blinds can be easily dusted or cleaned without needing a specialist. For instance, material blinds or curtains would require a blind specialist. Venetian and roller blinds will be quoted separately based on the number of blinds in the property.
Note regarding furnished properties: When cleaning behind or around furniture or any heavy object over 10kg, the client must move them and put them back if applicable so that our cleaners can access and clean them.
Bond/Exit Clean Exclusions: Not Included in booking summary by default for all bond cleans
Embedded mould
We make every effort to eliminate mould from various surfaces. However, mould can become deeply embedded in materials such as silicon and grout. In such cases, it's best to enlist the help of a specialist to restore these areas to their original condition fully.

Damp spots
These spots can appear anywhere in the house and affect drywall plaster. We'll try to remove mould and stains, but it may not be possible to remove them altogether. These spots might indicate a problem the property manager or landlord must address.

Discoloration
Over time, discolouration can occur due to regular use and property aging. This is especially common with grout, toilets, and plastics, which may develop a yellowish tint. Restoring these items to their original colour often requires specialized intervention.

Tile and natural stone stains
We strive to eliminate stains effectively, but the composition of certain tiles or benchtops, especially those with high porosity, may make it impossible to remove stains without the expertise of a specialist.

High places
We do not clean ceilings or anything requiring more than a 2/3 step ladder in our standard bond clean service. This may also include fans, light fittings and windows. Please select our specialist "Cleaning At Heights" service on the booking form.

Whole walls
We spot-clean the walls for any insect marks or blemishes. However, a thorough wall-cleaning process is time-consuming and may yield similar results. A complete wall cleaning is necessary only if marks go beyond normal wear and tear. Please add the extra service on the booking page if you need whole walls cleaned.

Dangerous areas
Suppose our Cleaners identify areas they consider dangerous, such as broken or cracked power points/switches, rubbish, bio waste, or other hazards. In that case, those areas will not be cleaned.

Garage (option)
We do not clean garage walls or floors more than basic sweeping unless the extra service option "Garage" is selected on the booking summary.

Furniture (option)
We do not clean clean inside cupboards if they are not empty. We do not clean appliances or furniture unless the extra service option "Furniture" is selected on the booking summary.

Furnished decorations (option)
We do not clean decorative items such as picture frames, art, clocks, vases, or linen/towels unless "Furniture" is selected on the booking summary.

Furnished kitchen equipment (option)
We do not clean kitchen items unless the extra service option "Appliances" is selected on the booking summary.

Bond Back Guarantee Exclusions:
External windows and glass
Due to weather conditions, we cannot guarantee or warrant our work on external windows.

External areas
While our services include cleaning these outdoor areas as needed, please understand that we cannot guarantee the cleanliness of these areas due to weather conditions.

Post-clean pest control
We cannot be held responsible for and do not guarantee the cleanliness of items that may require additional cleaning following pest control procedures. This includes the removal of dead insects or animals that may have accumulated due to the pest control treatment applied to the property. We recommend performing any pest control well before bond cleaning to reduce the chance of this occurring.

Garage (option)
Due to the nature of grease and oil stains, even after we performed the extra service option "Garage".

Furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment, and decorations (option)
Due to aging, materials, wear and tear, fragility, mass, and weight, we cannot guarantee that furniture will be fully restored with our base bond clean services; however, we will attempt to do so where possible. We will not be responsible for furniture decorations or appliances being damaged or broken while we try to clean them.


After Clean Events
This refers to any incident that occurs after the bond cleaning has been completed while within the warranty period. These incidents may impact the bond's release, and the bond cleaner cannot be held responsible.
Accumulation of dead insects that were present during the cleaning but have since died.
The buildup of surface dust that has settled after the cleaning.
Presence of dirt or grime near a window or door that has been left open.
Insect or animal feces.
Unauthorized access to the property by a third-party contractor.
New residents are moving in or accessing the property.
